Safety Guide

It's important to use your candles as they were intended. Please follow the guide below to ensure safe and proper use. By following these simple tips, you can relax and enjoy your candle worry-free, knowing you're creating a safe and inviting environment.

Stay Close: Always burn your candle within sight and away from anything that can catch fire, including drafts, curtains, and other flammable materials.

Mind the Little Ones: Keep your candle out of reach of children and pets to prevent accidents.

Prep the Wick: Trim the wooden wick to 3/16” (5mm) before each burn. This ensures a steady, even burn and reduces soot.

Keep it Clean: Keep the wax pool free of any debris, such as matches, trimmings, or dust.

Limit Burn Time: Do not burn your candle for more than 4 hours at a time. Allow it to cool completely before relighting.

Know When to Stop: Discontinue burning when only 1/2” of unmelted wax remains at the bottom. This prevents overheating and damage.

No Water, Please: Never use water to extinguish your candle. Instead, use a candle snuffer or carefully blow it out.
